What do you offer that other English teachers don’t?

There are many good ESL teachers to choose from but most have not worked in the hospitality industry. Neil has formal qualifications in Hospitality Management. He also has over 30 years’ experience working in the industry. Julie and Neil are both TESOL qualified ESL teachers. We have been teaching English online and in the classroom in the area of Hospitality English. We are both passionate about the hospitality industry and teaching English.

Which Course should I do first?

Once you have completed our Free Appetiser Course the next Course we would suggest is the Starter Course.

However, if you are already working in hospitality you may decide to go straight to one of our Main Courses. The choice is yours.

To prepare for an interview or get help writing your job application our Dessert Course is the one for you.

If I do the Appetiser Course will I have access to the Membership area?

Yes. All of our Courses give you access to our Members Only area.

When will I receive the additional lessons?

Each week your next lesson will be available for you to start. Please don’t feel pressured to complete a lesson in a week – you can take your time.

Is there a timeframe for completing the Course?

No, you can complete your Course at your own pace. However, your free access to the Members Only area is available for 6 months.  After this time you can pay a monthly fee to remain a member.

What can I expect to receive from completing my Course?

When you have successfully finished your Course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion.

All of our Courses are designed to expand your vocabulary and improve your sentence structure. The one-on-one components of the Course will improve your pronunciation and speaking fluency. You will be more confident when speaking to native English speakers. You will also have the words and phrases commonly used within your position in the hospitality industry.

If you want a career in hospitality, our Courses will give you an advantage when applying for a job.

You will improve your English language skills. You will also receive practical training and techniques to improve your overall skills in your specific area of choice.

Can I just do one-on-one lessons with you without doing one of the Courses?

Yes, if you would rather have one-on-one lessons with Julie or Neil that is fine. We will find out exactly what you want to learn and then focus on that. You can book just one lesson or multiple lesson packages.

These one-on-one lessons do not have to focus on hospitality. We cover whatever area of English you are looking to improve. Our lessons are fun and relaxed whilst at the same time focused on improving your English.

What is the level of English I need to do one of your Courses?

If your English is currently at Intermediate Level or above you will be able to undertake most of our Courses. For the Management English Course, we would suggest that you should have reached at least the Intermediate+ English level.

If you are unsure of your current level you can book a one-on-one lesson with us. We can then assess your English level and suggest the right Course for you.

Who will be my one-on-one teacher and how will they improve my English?

Both Julie and Neil run the one-on-one lessons. You can decide who you would like to be your teacher.

When will I receive my first lesson?

Once you have signed up for your Course you will receive an email with your login details for our Members Only area. Your first lesson will be available for you to start straight away.

Can I contact you during my Course if I have any questions?

Yes, we are here to help you on each step of your exciting journey. You can contact us with your questions through your membership area.

Can I receive additional one-on-one lessons whilst completing my Course?

Yes, if you feel that you need extra help just book a one-on-one lesson any time.

I am not sure if my job application is written in good English. I am nervous about going for an interview. Can you help me with this?

Yes, we can definitely help you with this. You can do our Dessert Course – Job Application and Interview Techniques. This Course gives you 7 one-on-one lessons with Julie. She will take you through every step of the process of applying for, and getting, the job you want.

What is a Personal Hospitality Coach and how will you help me?

A personal coach is someone who will support you in achieving your specific professional goals. We will help you by giving you the training and guidance to do so.
